i need help wit this???poor geppetto. After solving his problems with pinocchio, he returns to his clock shop to find that his clocks are off schedule his clocks some of witch sound like train whistles some like bells some like cuckoos,and some like fire alarms. are all supposed to go off the same time.however the train whistle clocks are now goin off every nine min. the bell clocks every three min. the cuckoos every 6 mins. and Fire Alarm clocks every four mins. if all the clocks had just gone off at the same time how many times will one or more of the clocks go off before they all go off at the same time again!!!
at the end of the day you want to lowest common denominator of 9,3,6,4. so what is the lowest number they can all be divided by? 36. so in 36 minutes the 3 will go off once (36/9-1) before it hits 18 again, the 3 will go off 11 (36/3-1), the 6 will be 5 and the 4 will be 8. make a timeline and start at 0 and going to 36, mark every chime and then count them up.

Analog FIre Alarm Control Panel
ADR-3000 is a state of the art fire alarm control panel. The ADR-3000 bridges the gap between conventional fire alarm systems and large analog addressable systems, enabling small fire alarm installations to benefit from the latest technologies at a very cost-effective price.
