Shoplifted at Walgreens, didn’t get caught. Will they still pursue me [ramadan]?
Recently, I stole a chapstick from a local walgreens. I was with my sister at the time and there was this lady (employee) that kinda followed us and asked us “Can I help you with anything?”, which was extremely weird because the couple of times that I’ve been at that walgreens, she’s never said that to any customer. And then I heard “Security Check” something, over the speaker. I didn’t panic or anything. The Alarm went off when this customer walked out, but all the employee did was fix something that she purchased. After we checked out, I casually walked out of the store and we got in the car and drove off. Can they still get me on the security cam? I’ve been paranoid all day, but I swore to never do something immature and stupid like this again. I’ve asked God to forgive me and to please not let anything bad happen, but I don’t think He’ll forgive me for being so stupid and dumb. I don’t think I’ll be going to that walgreens anymore either.

Home Surveillance Cameras – One Of The Best Methods Of Home Security
There are many crime preventative measures that can be taken to secure your home and one of the most highly effective methods is to install home surveillance cameras. Not only do they capture and record images but they act as a visual deterrent for would-be intruders. One of the reasons for recording images of course, is for post-incident analysis when investigating an attempted break-in so that they may be used in evidence when convicting an intruder.
There are various types of surveillance cameras from those that hook straight into you TV set to those that record digitally onto a hard disk. With IP based cameras you can even view the images anywhere in the world, via the internet. Recording images digitally has moved on considerably in recent years and as disk storage is so cheap and video compression software has improved, hours of footage can be stored from many cameras.
Security cameras can be either permanently switched on so they record all of the time or can be activated to record by sensors similar to those used on outdoor security lighting. Additionally they can be set to record time lapse images, taking still pictures at a set time interval. With home surveillance cameras, you will have the peace of mind that they are recording the vicinity outside of your home, day or night, whether you are at home or at work.
Security surveillance cameras can be installed indoors where you might want to monitor activity in certain rooms, for example a room with a safe or a room where you might keep your most valuable items. There are convert surveillance cameras which record in secrecy. Often known as “nanny cams” these devices are hidden in everyday items such as clocks, kid’s toys, picture frames and lamps. Their purpose is usually to record someone who you have employed in your home such as a nanny or workmen.
When installing surveillance cameras there are some issues which you need to consider with regard to privacy. As you don’t want to be accused of spying on neighboring properties make sure your cameras are pointing at you own property. You should not be deliberately viewing areas outside of your own property’s boundary unless it is unavoidable.
