DSC Power series 832 home Security Alarm – how to clear trouble communications ;pressing # on mobile does’nt?
I tested The Alarm to check whether my mobile would recieve the intruder call;my mobile did ring but pressing # on the mobile does not make the beeps go away and Security system continues to keep ringing the mobile(8-10 times) and there’s a yellow trouble light on the panel now.It reads ‘view trouble communications’! I can still set the alarm for both ‘Stay and ‘Away’ mode and setting off the alarm again did not help since pressing the # on the mobile does not send the signal back to the security alarm!Please help me clear this and avoid a call-out to the engineer!
