i’m using keyboard as a burglar alarm monitor. What kind of wire should I use to connect frm the door to pc?

If i want to extend the system up to 3 to 4 stories high is there any specification for wiring?

standard LAN cables are really cheap for long roles and really efficient.

but to be honest i don’t know what you are talking about.
