How can I wake up in the morning? I am a deep sleeper and will sleep through all 3 of my..?
Alarm Clocks no matter how loud they are. I have used music. beeping alarms. even my own recorded voice telling me to get up. As soon as I am up I’m fine and perky. I want to wake up at 7am everyday but wake up at 10 or 11. It effects my wk because I can’t scedual morning apts for fear I will over sleep. I live alone so I don’t have someone to wake me. And I don’t hear my phone ring…….. help!
I can’t go to sleep earlyer than 10 or 11pm bacause of work and stuff. I shouldn’t need 12hrs of sleep though..
Try going to sleep earlier in the night. Instead of going to sleep at 11 and waking up at 10. Try and fall asleep at 7 or 8 and then maybe your body will get up around 7 or 8 the next day. I know it sounds really weird, but if your body is used to sleeping deeply and for a long time, maybe you should just go to bed earlier so you can get up earlier the next day. Or you could always have a friend come over and physically get you up, hit you or shake you or something. Then may I suggest you fall asleep with the curtains open, so that when the sun comes up it wakes you up. Or get a really good friend to come and wake you up for a week or so, then your body should get used to waking up earlier and *should* adjust.
