LG VS enV2 alarm clock…okay to leave it open all night all the time?
Hello, just picked up my 3rd LG phone, after I pulled a moron move and ran my good old trusty VX8100 through the washing machine last night.
Bye bye little guy! I had it for 2 1/2 years so, it didn’t owe me anything. Anyways, been playing with the new enV2, and I think it rocks, I like it way better than the enV that i thought about getting a while back…
So, LG put a cool feature in that when you’re charging it, you can change the screensaver, and they have a cool old school flip number desk clock on it, which I love. I was just wondering, does anyone leave the phone open all night long, will the screen wear out any sooner because of it? I basically never shut my 8100 off, and the front screen was on 24-7 obviously, so I think it will be fine….
It’s just that I use my cell as my alarm clock, and the speakers aren’t on the sides anymore, they’re on the inner face of the phone, so I’m thinking it’s designed to be open if you want to. Thanks!
it should be fine, but if you notice it get dimmer…close it. also its good to turn it off so you can receive updates
