How close does someone have to be, to decode a car alarm?
My car has been broken into twice in 2 weeks, no broken windows…etc. The door is left ajar, It seems to happen after we have had longer trips…and I believe they are wanting our GPS, because they left my ipod, and radar detector. I am thinking it is someone in our neighborhood. Who knows we have been gone for a longtime, and hoping we have left stuff in the vehicle. Can someone get your alarm code from another house? Or do they need to be real close to the vehicle? I am really sick of this!
those remotes work up to 150 ft usually/maybe its time to sleep in the car under a blanket in the rear/bring your flash camera and cell phone/or go to radio shop and have alarm replaced
